Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on your destination and selected delivery method.
Complimentary Standard Shipping (Canada + U.S.)
Orders over $100 qualify for complimentary standard shipping across Canada and the United States. The free-shipping threshold is calculated before taxes, after discounts, and excludes gift cards.
Processing Times (Before Your Order Ships)
Because certain pieces are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for your items to be processed and shipped. During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking & Delivery
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package is in transit, delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, remote delivery locations, or other events outside our control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
If an international package is refused or not collected and is returned to us, any original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and applicable carrier charges may be deducted from your refund.
Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your package appears lost or missing, please contact us at info@rideinstyleequestrian.com within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date if tracking has not updated). We’ll work with you to open a claim with the carrier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Return Shipping
If you choose to return an item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please refer to our Returns Policy for eligibility and instructions.

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
