We are based out of Ontario, Canada.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and will vary based on delivery method. Orders over $100 are subject to complimentary standard shipping across Canada and the United States.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO SHIP?
As certain pieces are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for your items to ship. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information attached.
DO YOU HAVE AN AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?

ARE SALE ITEMS FINAL SALE?
There are no returns or exchanges on SALE items.
CAN I RETURN A NON-SALE ITEM?
We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not loving an item, you have 21 days to complete a return. Returned items must be in brand new condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, send us an email at info@rideinstyleequestrian.com with your order number and "return" in the subject line. In the email body, please provide your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason a return is being requested. Shipping for returned items is the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
We accept exchanges on new items within 21 days of delivery receipt. Items must be in brand new condition with all tags attached to be eligible for an exchange. Please email us at info@rideinstyleequestrian.com with your order number and "exchange" in the subject line. In the email body, please provide your order number, the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason an exchange is being requested. Let us know which item you would like to exchange for (size, colour, style) and we will do our best to accommodate. Shipping for exchanged items is the responsibility of the customer.
