Purchase Cancellation Policy

All orders placed with Ride In Style Equestrian are considered one-time purchases. At this time, we do not offer pre-orders, subscriptions, or recurring order programs.

Should you need to cancel an order, cancellation requests must be made within one business day after the initial purchase. Once that window has passed, your order may already be in processing or being lovingly prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an order cannot be cancelled within that timeframe, it may still be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy once it has been delivered.

We encourage customers to contact us promptly with any cancellation request, and we will do our best to help whenever possible.
